Yogurt Oatmeal

Kekekekeke let me show you my Terrific Healthy Lunch. Yes, my lunch last Saturday is actually a dessert.   

It’s a Yogurt Oatmeal with Orange and it’s really easy to make.   

Ingredients that you need:   

  1. 3 tablespoon / 1 small cup -1 minute instant Oatmeal
  2. 2-3 tablespoon milk
  3. 1 can of flavoured yogurt. I used Mango flavoured.
  4. Small plastic container
  5. Orange

Methods:   

Firstly, pour the whole can of yogurt into the plastic container, fold in oatmeal and milk and stir evenly. Keep in the fridge for  1 hr at least. Serve chilled with orange slices and you may add some cucumber/avocado thinly sliced.
